This year Diwali is on 26th October 2011. Its a Wednesday that is known as Mahalakshmi Vaar. A Wednesday Diwali holds immense significance for business man. According to Jyotish each day has twelve ‘lagna Kaal’. Out of this vrishb lagna and singh lagna are considered ‘Sthir lagna’.
Vrishab Lagna is starting in the pradosh kaal and it being Chitra Nakshatra this Diwali is going to be really auspicious.
