My Muhrat Trading astrological predictions for 2010 as appeared in this website in the recent past before the Muhrat Trading 2010 fully turned out to be correct. I had predicted in my article captioned “Muhrat Trading 2010 – Annual Trend Indicator for the Stock Markets†that “spirited buying spree is not likely to be witnessed on the Muhrat Trading Day on November 5, 2010â€. The trading graph of Muhrat Trading 2010 taken from www.nseindia.com and placed below fully proved my predictions to be correct with cent percent accuracy.

The graph clearly shows that the market (CNX Nifty) opened at high and then came down sharply with selling pressures. The graph does not portrays much spirited buying spree during the Muhrat Trading 2010 conducted on 5th November 2010 evening.

The benchmark Nifty opened at 6321.85 (much higher than the previous day’s closing of 6281.80) seemingly leaving not much scope for buying by the retail investors. It made a high of 6338.50 (higher highs on daily basis but only by 17 points in comparison to the day’s opening) and then made a bottom of 6303.10 (higher bottom in comparison to the previous day’s bottom) and finally closed at 6312.45 (higher close than the previous day’s closing). However, the Nifty closed in minus by loosing 9.40 points in comparison to the Muhrat session’s opening.

It is, therefore, evident that selling pressures out paced the buying interests, which is clearly evident from the graph above.
Astrologically, I am therefore, of the view that going forward from now till the Diwali Muhrat Trading of 2011, the market would be mainly at consolidating phases without any sharp rise.
