The overall stock market sentiment is not likely to be buoyant and the market is likely to trade volatile for the day. The global markets cues would act as undercurrent to influence the intraday domestic market sentiments.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL OF MY PREDICTIONS

My astrological predictions with regard to overall day on day stock market sentiments as well as stock specific predictions about the likely actively traded stocks during the preceding week also, turned out to be correct while comparing with the ground level reality. An excerpt from my predictions of the last Wednesday is reproduced below, as a matter of illustration, which itself would speak for the truth.

EXCERPT FROM PREDICTIONS MADE FOR LAST WEDNESDAY

“The market is likely to trade in a mixed bias with positive undertone. The Moon and her sign depositor Mars would get soothing and healing touch from mighty Jupiter because of the latter’s benign aspects.”

Comparing the predictions with ground level reality, it can be seen that the benchmark Nifty was closed around 65 points in positive territory on that day (Wednesday– August 18, 2010).

My stock specific predictions also came out to be true for the day. The stocks like Tata Motors, Tata Steel, JP Associate and Sterlite even hit Top Gainers list of that day.
