PSLV Launch : Will It be Successful?

The launch of the PSLV resources named as “Resourcesat- 2, X-Sat, Youthsat was scheduled to launch in January, 2011. But because of some reasons it was postponed several times. Now, as per the web sources SHAAR is planning to undertake this prestigious launch in the month of March (Not before 15th of Mar). At this juncture I am interested to know “Astrologically” whether this launch will be successful or not. The following is the horary Map.

Ascendant is the life blood and the sub lord of the same is the deciding factor. The point is whether the target will be accomplished or not. My assumption is that if the Ascendant sub lord is strongly connected with 10-11 houses then there will be success. But the connection of 6-8-12 houses denotes delay and repairs. But the strong connection with Maraka and Badaka houses will show sure disaster.

Co-rulers of the cusps are the strong pointers as I always suppose.
Now, the Lagna sublord is Venus, lord of 2-9 in 4th in Sun star and Rahu sub. Sun is lord of the 12th in 5th house (as per chalit) and Rahu is in Kethu star and conjoined with Venus. Overall picture is good except the connection with 12th house of loss. Six out of 12 cusps are ruled by Venus as sub lord. Therefore she had a strong say in this entire project.

But the Ascendant lord Mercury is in Saturn sub. Saturn is exactly rising in the ascendant in retrograde motion. His malevolence is further extenuated by the aspect of Mars the 8th lord. This is a strong indication for further delay and technical problems in the mission. Further the 11th lord Moon is in Saturn star and aspected by the later. Therefore it can be noted that the may be “further delay” in this launching process.

It was disclosed that was scheduled for March-20th; it was a “Hastha star day”. Moon in close proximity with Saturn denotes sudden trouble and failure in pressure emission. (As Saturn denotes excretion).

Even if the launch is postponed further the mission may not be a complete success. This is neither to discourage the mission nor to ridicule their sincere effort. As a dutiful citizen I pray the Almighty for the successful launch of the mission.
