Astrology Prediction: When will TRS call off the strike?

In A.P. for the past 15 days there was a strike by TRS party in the name of “Sakala Janula Samme”. They declared this strike to get a separate state from A.P named “Telangana”. At this juncture my friend asked me about the date of strike call off. I took the map for the time of the question as follows:

I am trying to point the date through Ruling Planet theory. RP theory states that the ruling planets at the time of judgment will be ruling planets at the time of happening of the event.

Ruling planets are the Asc starlord, Asc lord, Moon star lord, Moon sign lord and Day lord in the order of strength.

Here RPs are Mars, Saturn, Mars, Mercury, Mercury in the order said above. Hence Mars-Saturn-Mercury are strong RPs. Include Rahu as he is in the sign of Mars i.e. Scorpio

At the onset we find that there are five planets in 8th from the horary Ascendant. This very point shows that there are lot of obstacles and disturbances to the fulfillment of the desire. Here the desire is the call off.

The Asc. Lord Saturn in 8th and the 11th lord Guru is retrograde till Dec last week. These are the initial constrains. If we look into the sub lord of the 11th cusp, Mars in the star of Saturn and sub of Moon. Saturn is in 8th house whereas Moon is also in 8th house in the star of Mars in 6th house. Hence we have to give preference to Mars-Saturn zones.

Therefore we had the following stars for calling off of the strike:

1) 01-10-2011 Saturday Anuradha – Mars sign Saturn star.

2) 02-10-2011 Sunday Jyestha – Mars sign Mercury Star.

3) 07-10-2011 Friday Dhanishta- Saturn sign Mars star.

4) 08-10-2011 Saturday Satabhisha star –Saturn sign Rahu star.

Among them 01,02 are not strong as they were aspected by Saturn with his 3rd glance. As Mars repeated twice we can select his star or the star of Rahu his representative. Therefore 07,08 are strong dates for the call off.

I asked him to give number between 1-249, he said 239, this number corresponds to Jupiter-Saturn-Rahu zone hence one of the above must come fruitful. One cannot rule out the star of Utharabhadra which extends from 10th to 11th Oct, which exactly tallies with the horary number (but it left it because Guru is no doubt lord of the 11th house but in retrograde motion).

Let’s wait and see what happens.
