    I used to be a faithful attendee of a Yoga class run by a Mexican teacher here in Toronto, but alas, life got so busy, I found I couldn't spare the 90 mins or so, on it anymore. But recently, courtesy the LA Times, I have learned that you can download a yoga workout onto mp3 files and then onto your iPod. That might be the very thing I need.
