During Hanuman Jayanti, temples or shrines of Hanuman ji are wonderfully embellished using vivid lights and flowers. Glorious idols or pictures of Hanuman ji are beautifully decorated in temples. Many devotees bring pictures or images of Bal Hanuman (child Hanuman) and establish it inhome shrines. During such propitious occasion, adores get early in morning, take bath and religiously worship Hanuman ji to remove their impurities. Reciting Sundar Kand, the fifth book in the Ramayan, is also one of the important ritual attached to Hanuman Jayanti.
