Will Kiran Kumar Reddy withstand the turmoil?

Under the dramatic circumstances, the present C.M. Sri Rosaiah resigned and raised curtain for a new and young person Sri. Kiran Kumar Reddy to become the 16th C.M for Andhra Pradesh. He took his “Oath” on 25-11-2010 at 12.14 PM Hyderabad. In this scenario all are curious about his ruling and strategies to cope with the tough political situation in the state. As an ardent follower of KP I am interested to analyze the Oath taking “Moment” to project the possible outcome in the future. 

As we all know, in KP for ruling power 10th house, for controlling rivals 6th house, for fulfillment of desire 11th house are very important and 3rd house is also important for co-operation from others. All these are termed as “Upachaya sthanas”. The respective sub lords of these cusps are the decisive factors.

For oath taking movement:

• Ascendant sub lord must have connections to 3-6-10-11 houses for easy ruling and control over situations.

• If connected with 5-8-12 houses there will be problems in ruling, supported by 10th house (by similar connection and also with 9 houses) also surely power will be dissolved.

• If Ascendant sublord is connected with Maraka-Badhaka sthanas then bye- elections will be surely take place.

Applying the above principles for the current “Muhurath Chart” we find that:

Ascendant sub lord is Venus-9th lord in 9th house in Mars star and own sub. Mars is lord of 3, 10 in 10 in Mercury star. Mercury is in 10th house along with 10th lord Mars.  Here it is to be noted that Venus though Badaka lord in own house without any planets in her stars is very malefic, but she is in the star of beneficial Mars. No doubt she will offer negative results in her period but in the period of another benefic she will surely offer positive results only. This point strengthens the Ascendant.

Meridian falls in Saturn star and Moon sub. Saturn is lord of 12th in 8th in Moon star and Kethu sub. Moon is lord of 6th and posited in 6th along with Kethu.  This is a weak disposition for ruling but the deciding factor is the 10th sub lord Moon! She is in Jupiter star Saturn sub. Jupiter is lord of 2-11 in Ascendant whereas Saturn is in 8th in Moon star. Thus Moon is also indicating 5-8-12 houses at sub level indicating that “Kiran Kumar Reddy” is going to have tough time in ruling.

6-11 sub lord Rahu is in Jupiter sign and Kethu star. Jupiter in Ascendant in own star. Kethu is in Mercury sign and conjoined with Moon. Thus Rahu got mixed results and is like a cat on the wall.

If we check the DBA lords we find that Jupiter-Saturn period is till Apr-2012. Saturn as discussed earlier is weak hence Sri Kiran Kumar Reddy may face severe problems between Jan-Apr 2011 because of unfavorable transit of Jupiter in Saturn star in opposition to Saturn. Otherwise he will have a complete term till the Assembly elections in Apr-2013.

Thus the celestial formation at the time of the “Oath taking ceremony” of the new Chief Minister for Andhra Pradesh Sri Kiran Kumar Reddy indicates a troublesome period for a successful ruling if survived he will have full term till the Apr-2013 elections.
